Contact databases built around lead follow-up. Six reviewed and scored with the published software model.
Open →Lead generation and prospecting data
Tools that hand you seller contacts (expired listings, FSBOs, pre-foreclosures, farm areas) for a flat monthly fee. Ad-run lead packages sold by website and CRM vendors are on the Real Geeks and Sierra Interactive reviews.
Open →Transaction management
Files, checklists, compliance review and commissions from contract to close. Pricing models differ more here than in any other category: per transaction, per user or per brokerage.
Open →Listing and marketing tools
IDX websites, 3D tours and photo editing. These are bought per site, per space or per image, so the right pick depends on how many listings you market a month.
Open →Commercial real estate software
Data, listing marketplaces and brokerage platforms built for commercial deals: CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi and Buildout (which owns Apto).
Open →Best for your setup
Lists only where at least four tools publish a plan for that user. Commercial brokers: use the commercial category.
Solo agents
Tools whose own pricing pages offer a one-person plan, with the price you would actually pay to start.
See the list →Teams
Tools with team plans that include several users, plus what each extra seat costs.
See the list →Brokerages
Platforms that sell to the brokerage itself: back office, compliance, brokerage websites and large-seat CRM plans.

Questions
Which tools are scored?
Only CRMs. The software model was built on CRMs, so lead data, transaction, marketing and commercial tools are listed unscored with sourced facts.
Where do prices come from?
Each vendor’s own pricing page, read 2026-10-20. If a vendor hides its price we say “not published.”
Is there a commercial segment page?
The commercial category page is the commercial list: CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi and Buildout (which owns Apto). A separate segment page would repeat it.
