Landvoice review
Agents who prospect expireds and FSBOs and want the option to buy single data sets by county or MLS. Pricing checked 2026-10-20.
Last updated: 2026-10-20
The data tier is the product
Starter and Essential include Expired Basic, which Landvoice says finds up to 60% of phone numbers for expireds. Pro and Elite include Expired Pro, which it says gets up to 95%. If expireds are your main source, that gap is the reason to move up a tier.
