Fundrise: its site served a CAPTCHA to our tools, and we did not try to get around it, so it is not profiled. RealtyMogul: its home page gave no figures we could cite. Vivmark Residential, the apartment REIT formed when Equity Residential and AvalonBay merged on Aug 17, 2026, is not profiled; we have its merger 8-K but not a full annual report under the new name. We say a REIT is the ‘largest’ in its sector only where its 10-K says so. Market caps, share prices, dividend yields and returns are left out because they change daily. Starwood, KKR and other managers are not covered yet.
Comparisons
- Blackstone (real estate) vs Brookfield (real estate): the two largest alternative managers in real estate, by how each reports.
- Prologis vs Public Storage: warehouses vs self-storage.
- Realty Income vs Simon Property Group: net lease vs malls.
