Scored on 70 of 100 points. Math below.
A small team on one bill
The base plan covers up to 5 team members on a shared login for $49 a month. Separate logins cost $20 each per month, so four extra logins for a five-person team bring the bill to $129. That is below the entry price of Sierra Interactive ($299.95) or Real Geeks ($399) on this site, though both of those bundle an IDX website.
