Luxury builders
Builders whose filings describe luxury product, with the price mix they disclose.
Last updated: 2026-10-20
We do not score developers or builders. We have not published a rubric for them, and they publish no quality or warranty data. Firms are listed alphabetically. NMHC ranks are NMHC’s.
Few builders are purely luxury. Toll Brothers publishes the base-price mix of its deliveries: 63% at $750,000 or more. NVR markets NVHomes and Heartland Homes to move-up and luxury buyers but does not break out their volume. PulteGroup’s 2025 prices reached over $3,000,000, but 82% of closings were $250,000 to $750,000, so it is listed as national, not luxury.
